Samsung has just announced a new line of memory cards, all in the High Speed Series or Plus Extreme Series. All the new cards display 4Gb and more capacity, and are capable of read speeds as fast as 24MB/s, which is plenty enough for high speed picture bursts and HD Video.
Even more exciting than the above specs is their endurance, as the little things can resist magnetic fields up to 10,000 gauss, stand 1.6 tons without getting smashed and survive up to 24h underwater.
A new design is paramount to crown this news. The new hardcore media sports a metallic-like finish, making them look even tougher.
Expected price range should be between US$14.99 and US$89.99, depending on storage limits.
