Two German artists use flashlights and even fireworks to create some awesome night painting images. Joerg Miedza and Jan Wöllert call their work LAPP, short for Light Art Performance Photography.
Both artists were involved on night photo and films before this project, which lasted from 2007 to 2011 in Bremen. As of now they develop solo projects all over the world. Miedza told BBC that “The key lights are LEDs, but they soon added fire, fireworks and old fashioned light bulbs. We also use aluminum wrappings to achieve cool effects.”
