Just drag the files to the icon and it’s done, they appear instantly on every place and computer you log in. It will even sync files to your mobile device!

Similarities with Dropbox are bigger than the name. Box is another online storage service that allows you to upload and access your archives as an online hard drive for backup, file sharing and online collaboration. Yep, you and your co-workers can access and edit your office files at the same time, and for free. Cool, isn’t it?
Other services include storing and presenting powerpoint documents directly from iPad, editing office files online from browser using Box for Microsoft Office, cross platform compatibility and Salesforce access, a leader in CRM software.
