BlueCam Free for iPad is a very nice Remote Control Video+Still Camera with Live Camera Preview+Audio+Location Streaming over Bluetooth.
The iPad only app is, as the name suggests, free and requires iOS 5.0 or later.
Despite the nice ‘price’, the 7Mb software is packed with features:
