Everybody knows light is vital for photography. Light Painting is a type of photography that takes light to the extreme, by making it the key subject in a picture. Without getting into the details of what it is or how it is done I borrowed the definition from Wikipedia:
“Light painting is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source or by moving the camera. “
I would only add one word to that: LONG exposures!

I was amazed with the images and completely dazzled with her ability to make all those drawings in pitch black darkness and mirrored.
If you have questions or comments on how it’s done or the tech aspects, post a comment or drop me an email.
