Before going any further I need to apologize for the less than ideal frequency of the Blog Posts the past 2 weeks. As I was moving out of Brazil for good (??) things were a little messy, but looks like I might survive the process 🙂 This is the very first post from Switzerland, still among bags and boxes, but committed to keep bringing relevant news every day.
Traveling is awesome by itself. Photographing while traveling is a basic need for anyone who has the lightest taste for photography. Putting together travels and the work as a photographer would be a dream come true to many. And this contest might be a huge help on that path. Travel Photographer of the Year is a London based contest that invites photographers from all levels and from all countries to share their images that portray travelling, in any way they see fit. Winners get their photos displayed at an exhibition at the Royal Geographical Society from June to August and a variety of prizes that include trips, cash, products, printing the photos on a book and even blending and designing your own whiskey!
