This very nice video shows the making off of a comercial shoot in which the fire took a major role.
Using fire brings two different things into account. At first there is the danger and caution needed to handle flames safely. After that there is the mixed lighting achieved using whatever studio lights/natural lights + fire itself.
Check the video below to see how these dudes handled those issues and what kind of lighting did they use. Their lighting set is very interesting and complex, enough to keep company to the RED ONE camera they used to film along with a 5D Mark II for the stills.
