This video popped up all around the web showing a GoPro camera (if don’t know what this is, check it out now!) filming its loooooong fall from an airplane. I don’t know wheter it might be another viral marketing play but – if it is true – its an awesome story for an even more awesome camera.
If this is all true it looks like skydiver Lucas Damm had just started his jump with a group when the case opened and the camera went flying. After capturing the entire fall and surviving unharmed it still filmed the team’s landing and then one of Lucas’ buddies spoted the camera.
Important warning: most of the video is about the camera falling and flipping around wickedly. Fast forward at will or suffer from intense sea-sickness!
